Your eMail address is used to send you information regarding your purchases, such as manufacturer recalls on gear you have purchased from Total Diving, and for general communications like electronic newsletters. Every newsletter we send to you includes an opt-out feature, which consists of a link allowing you to terminate your subscription to such newsletter ("unsubscribe").
We use Usage Data for the purposes of monitoring and improving the content and features of the Total Diving Website.

This Website is not directed to children under the age of 13. Furthermore, our Website do not intend to collect information from children under the age of 13 and to comply with the American COPPA Agreement (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), we demand that parents supervise their children while online.
